The clinic has changed hands in November, all these comments are related to the previous owner. I thought the service was very good.

I purchased a Ouffer voucher for mole removal and it couldn't have been a more disgusting experience. Nooshin, the owner who claims 20 years of beauty experience sprayed some "numbing spray", which smelt and felt like it was menthol based. It did not numb or mask the pain just created a cool tingling sensation. No antiseptic, alcohol or even a wet cotton ball with water was used to clean the area first. Nooshin used a "infrared" machine which turned out to be a cauteriser that burns the skin. I could feel and smell my skin and flesh burning.Once she finished the burning she proceeded to harshly rub at the areas with a dry cotton ball pulling at the damaged skin. Aren't beauty therapists meant to teach you to be gentle with skin? I had to ask her to stop. She then put some "special healing, antibacterial" cream on each of the spots with a Q-tip which she dropped in my hair and double dipped into the container. She covered the lesions by cutting the sticky ends of a band-aid into small squares and applied the sticky surface directly (without dressing) onto the site. She then tried to sell me the tiny container for $10 which I could smell was Bepanthen. She then tried to tell me it was a special type of Bepanthen that is specially for the machine. The container was not individually sealed and it looked like the cream inside was squeezed in from a tube. While I was waiting I could hear a lady in the next room ask Nooshin to stop because of the pain and she could feel every little thing. Nooshin's response was that she knew it hurt, that it was normal, that she must have a low pain threshold and kept going. I believe she had a spider vein voucher. Overall,a very painful procedure which will likely result in scarring, I doubt any of the equipment used meets safety standards and very poor hygiene practiced.
