When my mum was telling me I was going to Matrix I thought, "Oh no, not another stupid old tutoring centre." But as soon I walked into the campus I thought, "Wow! The whiteboards are actually white and the glass is actually clean!" Matrix tutoring has helped me incredibly with my maths and ability to learn. I've been going to Matrix for almost two years (I know that's not that long but I'm only in year eight, give me a break). Before Matrix I was near the bottom of my class when it came to maths but now I have been able to reach the top class of my year. The teachers at Matrix are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to help everyone understand what is being taught in the Matrix syllabus. Many of my Matrix tutors also have inspirational stories to tell. I'm absolute amazed by the fact that so many of my teachers have reached such a high standard in their education and I feel privileged to be taught by them. Matrix is a really good atmosphere to learn in. Every week, I love to go through all the year twelve's profile on the wall near reception to help find inspiration for my own education. And it doesn't stop there, when you walk in to the classroom, you'll find really smart ideas and technology. From the futuristic looking projector to the fact that that two walls are floor to ceiling white boards! And it doesn't stop there, I love the fact that after a long hard day's work at school sitting on plastic chairs, I can come to Matrix and enjoy the lovely leather (I think) upholstered chairs and sit on a table that isn't too tall or too short but just right. I absolutely love coming to Matrix it's a great place to make make life long friends but most importantly, to learn.
