Recently we've just moved into a new area and our cat Shatzi went missing for a whole week. When she came home she was covered in fleas and ticks etc. We treated her and then took her to this vet hospital (after reading the such good reviews below) to get shaved and groomed as she is a long haired cat and had so many things stuck in her fur. The vet hospital suggested to shave her but leave her tail and head so I said okay. The service was $130 which was okay because they needed to sedate her in order to shave her, but when my father-in-law dropped her off at home that afternoon, she still had fur (inbetween her back and the beginning of her tail) which was stuck together and hadn't been shaved, her tail didn't look like it'd been brushed at all, and her legs were shaved unevenly (one higher than the rest). And on top of all that my father-in-law said they'd questioned him as to why she was covered in fleas and ticks when I'd clearly explained what our poor cat had been through during the last week, over the phone and when I checked her in. Obviously their staff communication isn't that good either. I was very disappointed that I had to pay $130 for such a rough job after reading such good reviews. I will not be returning to this vet hospital in the future.
